When you send a booking request we store your name, your WhatsApp and your email (whichever you leave), the dates and time, the number of people and your message. If you leave your email, we send you a copy of the request.

We use them only so the business you chose can contact you and handle your request. That business receives them by email and sees them in its dashboard.

We also store a hash of your IP address to prevent abuse, never the address itself.
